You could buy a dozen or so and the fry-cook would drop them into a pan for you, cook them until they died, hopefully, then serve 'em up! Mmmm. I picked one up and the soft half of the bug/insect/animal gyrated furiously. One of the most interesting foods I've seen in Asia.
